Terms of service

Last updated September 19, 2026

These terms cover your subscription to GovInbox. By subscribing you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.

What the service is

GovInbox is software. It watches public federal set-aside contract notices on SAM.gov, matches them to the filters you set, writes plain-English briefs, delivers a daily digest and answers questions through your AI assistant. It does not provide consulting, registration or certification assistance, proposal writing, legal advice or any other service performed by a person.

Acceptable use

Use the service for your own business development. Do not resell or republish the data feed, share a token between people, attempt to circumvent request limits, or use the service to build a competing data product. Doing so may end your subscription without refund.

About the data

Opportunity notices come from the public SAM.gov Contract Opportunities API and are refreshed nightly. Notices may be posted, amended or withdrawn between refreshes, and briefs are automated summaries of what the notice says. Always confirm dates, requirements and eligibility on the original notice at SAM.gov before responding. GovInbox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. General Services Administration, the Small Business Administration or SAM.gov, and nothing it produces is legal, procurement or eligibility advice.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. There is no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will surface every relevant notice. To the extent the law allows, GovInbox's total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and it is not liable for lost bids, lost profits or other indirect losses.

Ending the agreement

You may end it by cancelling. GovInbox may end it for a breach of these terms, or by discontinuing the service with at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid period.

Changes to these terms

Material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
